DYNAMIC MOVEMENT & MINDSET

PREREQUISITE: you’ve already done a Group Class or a Private 1:1 with me.  If not, please schedule a call or message me here — let’s connect and make sure this is a good fit & get you prepped!

WHEN: Wednesdays & Fridays  9AM Pacific | 12PM Eastern  |  5pm GMT

DESCRIPTION: These small group classes provide a great alternative (or addition) to the 1:1 sessions I offer. There is room here for your questions, requests and intentions.

Move to music while we train strength, range of motion and balance of both body and mind.  From Somatics to Yoga, Pilates, high intensity intervals, dance and other modalities. 

Cultivation of breath, mindset and mindfulness is woven throughout.

PROPS: We regularly use props including yoga mat, strap, blocks, Pilates ball, and resistance bands with handles.  These are not required, but they will add big value and results to your experience.  (Ask for more info or recommendations re props.)

RATE: $35 -$55, sliding scale.  Payment link is emailed after sign up.  Please reach out if you need a lower rate.
