What sort of coaching & consulting do you do?
I offer life coaching and consulting for artists, creatives, founders, entrepreneurs, and leaders from all walks of life. Whether it’s one-off sessions, or a longer term series in which we dive into a 360 holistic view of all areas of your life — from the professional to the personal. Together we identify opportunities for your growth and personal evolution. Within your personal and professional worlds. Through the systems, habits, practices, and perspectives that imbue how you show up for yourself, others, and the work you’re called to do.
I bring three decades of immersed experience, research and practice. I’ve taken deep dives into two primary areas, which have defined my own vocational and professional expressions:
— wellness, lifestyle design, spirituality & creativity
— business, entrepreneurship, communications & strategy
Typically, my clients come with something related to their profession and business, or having to do with their vocational callings (vocational in the sense of connection to purpose).
Often they are looking to grow their business and organizations, create something new, or transition into a new chapter of personal and/or professional expression.
We can confirm during your Free Intro Call if we’re a good fit.
In terms of Consulting: through our work together, we can unpack specific parts of your business, ventures or projects — I apply guidance and direction through consulting or advisory processes. For example, organizational systems, strategy, product innovation or design, creative direction, business development planning, branding, website design, communications, etc.
I regularly help clients navigate challenges within their workplace, including the process of changing from one career to another.
After working with many businesses, entrepreneurs, artists and visionaries, I’ve witnessed first hand how difficult it is (if not impossible?) to separate the personal from the professional.
The habits, patterns, and beliefs that we carry within our personal life — starting with the beliefs we hold about our Self — influence and impact how we show up and grow within our professional and vocational callings. It impacts how you show up as a leader.
Together we look into the habits, patterns, and beliefs that you perhaps tend to categorize as “personal”, or as having no impact on how you show up for your professional callings. We uncover how those areas actually do intersect and impact your professional expressions and success. This is where the coaching element comes in.
Do your coaching/consulting clients have to join the movement classes?
No, they’re not required to.
I have people who only study movement with me (1:1 or in the small group classes), and they don’t use my coaching/consulting offerings.
And, I have clients who hire me for coaching/consulting support, but they don’t study movement with me.
However, when I work with people in a coaching/consulting capacity, I always advocate that they have a regular movement and exercise practice. Or, level up where they’re already at.
Movement is a central and critical element when it comes to our optimal cognitive processing, tapping into creative flow, increasing vitality and stamina, regulating our emotions and stress, enhancing quality sleep, strengthening the immune system and so much more.
Who do you work with?
I’d describe most of my clients as highly ambitious (though not necessarily in conventionally recognized ways), creative, sensitive and purpose-driven. Many of them are pioneering leaders within their fields, communities or families. I’ve worked with artists, designers, filmmakers, authors, executives, consultants, producers, entrepreneurs, visionaries, psychoanalysts, healers and social enterprise leaders. The bulk of my clients are women, but not exclusively.
My clients are often at a cross roads, or a transition of some sort. Ready to change or somehow evolve their professional and vocational callings. And equally so, they want to step up the ways they show up for themselves in other areas of their life — above and beyond their professional arenas.
They know something needs to shift – within their business as well as within how they design their personal life — in order to take the work they are called to do, to the next level.
They are ready to roll up their sleeves, and dig in.
Together we collaborate in a clearly articulated and agreed upon container. A container of accountability, honesty, transparency and dedication to personal and professional growth. This involves stepping outside of the comfort zone. But, it’s not all just work. There is also fun along the way!
Through it all you receive a dynamic and layered commitment from me, to champion and help midwife your vision, goals, growth, and success — supported by my innovative and unique set of experience and expertise.

Do you work with clients internationally?
Yes. Because most of my work is done remotely, via zoom, I’m available to work with clients internationally.
When you schedule a session with me, the calendar software shows my availability according to your own geographic time zone.
If my calendar does not show availability that fits your schedule, we discuss this and I do my best to make adjustments.
What if I already have a coach? Or have worked with a similar type practitioner in the past?
My clients often come with a pre-existing commitment to their personal development and growth, which they’ve cultivated throughout their life. For example, many of them have had experience working with coaches, or other practitioners, such as healers, therapists, or counselor. They view these processes as an essential part of their self-care, vitality, and successful navigating of life.
However, if you’ve not done work like this before, welcome!
Every practitioner brings their own style, blend of experience, and unique ways of doing their work.
Therefor, if you’ve worked with someone in the past, that does not mean working with a new practitioner, such as me, will be a repeat of what you’ve done before. Also, you are standing in a different part of the river of your life, compared to where you were a month, a year, or a decade ago.
Opportunity for personal growth — the ways we raise our own bar, step out of our comfort zone (in order to widen it), align, then realign with our values, and move forward as the best version of our self in all parts of our lives – is never ending.
If you’re currently working with another coach or consultant, and are considering working with me as well, be mindful of your bandwidth. (We can discuss this early on.) But equally so, consider how a combination of different processes — of working with more than one practitioner at a time — can be complimentary, and address different aspects of your world.
What does Nest Move Bloom mean?
Great question! I wrote a blog post about it, here, which should give you some food for thought.
